I hired two plumber prior to GB for the same proble. The technician was able to determine what was the problem with my shower faucet and fix it in a timely manner. Will come back to fix two more.

I had I think a fairly straightforward repair of a leaky drain pipe and P trap beneath my kitchen sink. My phone calls were answered or returned promptly, the plumber who did the work was prompt, professional, and courteous. It was a quick PVC cut-and-glue repair, done quickly & well. The tab ($208) seems POSSIBLY on the high side to me, but maybe it's just not worth it for them if the bill is any lower. I will DEFINITELY use them again & recommend them unreservedly. I've heard the expression regarding contractors: "Competent, Fast, Cheap: Choose Any 2." HereI got the 1st 2,&I'm OK w/ the3rd

Dennis made it a point to give a quick estimate & to schedule the installation of a tankless water heater ASAP. He was very knowledgeable & courteous. He explained the rebate program available. He saved me a substantial amount of money compared to an estimate from another competitor. His workers arrived promptly & completed the job nicely. I would highly recommend Great Bay.

The man who came knew his fabrics and what he could or could not use. Did the job quickly and well. Completely satisfied. Will call them the next time we need carpet cleaning.

I hired Dennis with Great Bay Plumbing and Heating to install a new furnace for me. He came out and reviewed the work site and returned a quote real fast. He gave me an option on two quality furnaces. The quote was reasonable and he got me scheduled to install the new furnace in less then two weeks on my acceptance. The job took about 2 days and I was very impressed with the craftsmanship of the install. The new furnace looks great. I would recommend Dennis in a heartbeat!
